OVERVIEW

In October 2024, AIG signed one of metro Atlanta’s largest office leases of the year—approximately 180,000 square feet at Perimeter Summit’s Summit Two tower. The move consolidated AIG’s Buckhead and Alpharetta offices into a single, innovation-focused headquarters designed to accommodate up to 1,200 employees and attract an additional 600 new hires over the next five years.
