Faced with a big task, coming into Atlanta CISCO was hiring 700 top talent employees in tech and consolidating multiple locations across the city into one Innovation Center, and with discretion to avoid alarming existing talent.
The goal was to complete site selection, lease negotiation, interior buildout, and move-in as well as secure a strong market presence upon occupancy, in 1 year, a project that usually takes at least 2 years to complete.

CODA acts as the epitome of innovation within Midtown Atlanta's Tech Square, combining cutting-
edge research labs, creative workplace design, communal spaces, event spaces, and exclusive retail and dining concepts. Furthermore, Gregg secured top-of-building signage, despite market standards and code, providing unparalleled exposure to the busiest road (I85/I75 Connector) in the Southeastern United States.
