CHALLENGE

In  a less than ideal location, the lease was still 4 years from expiration with a hefty penalty to break the lease early. 

ACTION

Gregg identified and negotiated an opportunity to move Reznick Group out of a less than ideal lease in the Central
Perimeter 4 years early and into a premier location in Buckhead.  

This move was not only to a better location, it also reduced the lease expense and increased the bottom line for the company. 

OUTCOME

Reznick leased 65,000 square feet at Two Alliance Center, an A class office space and a LEED Gold Buckhead location that met its image, recruitment, and “green” parameters and also provided for a more efficient design and better transit access.

 

  • The Reznick Group was able to move three years before the expiration of its Central Perimeter lease. The new Buckhead lease included flexibility options for expansion, termination, and contraction.   ​

 

  • The Reznick Group (subsequently CohenReznick) leased a Class A office space and saved $4,000,000 on their first transaction with Gregg 

 

  • The Reznick Group (subsequently CohnReznick) secured Gregg nationwide.
